Build & Tone At Home is the programme for beginners looking to build muscle and lose weight.
You're not ready to make the jump into the gym and you'd rather feel comfortable when working out in your own home. You're not alone. I get requests a lot for personal training in clients homes. So, I've put together a programme specifically designed to get you fit at home.
Focused around bodyweight and dumbbell workouts, Build & Tone at Home is designed to get you fit with limited space and time. Sometimes committing to getting to the gym everyday can be the most challenging part of getting fit, the point of this programme is that it makes building muscle and losing weight as simple as possible - with nutrition and workouts all covered. You just need to turn up and put 100% into each session.
1. Get in touch
Get in touch to discuss your fitness goals. If you’re looking to gain muscle and lose weight then this programme is ideal. We will discuss your current levels of fitness and the space you have available to workout at home.
Once we’re both happy that you’re ready to get fit – I’ll come out to you for a free 30 minute session. If you’re happy after that (which I’m sure you will be) we discuss how often you want to workout and I’ll put together your workout and nutrition plans.
2. Free 30 minute taster session
During your 30 minute taster session we will run through some quick exercises to see how comfortable you are and where we are starting from. Don’t worry – I’m not here to judge, I’m here to help you get to where you want to be with your fitness.
The session will be a fun introduction to get to know each other and see whether the Build & Tone at Home is right for you.
3. Nutrition & workout plans
Working with you to find your food likes and dislikes I put together a nutrition plan based on your ideal calorie intake. This is a fluid plan so don’t worry if you find it difficult, we will work together to make sure you’re eating all the right things.
Your workouts will be based around the space you have at home and the time you have to commit to your goals.
4. Adjusting and monitoring
To keep you on track I will monitor your nutrition and progress with workouts each week to make sure you’re hitting your goals in the timescales we’ve set. Fitness isn’t a one size fits all so we can adjust your programme together to make sure you’re not only feeling more confident in your body but you’re enjoying our sessions too.
